This is a great opportunity to use your organizational and problem-solving skills to assist our Customer Service Territory Managers in providing superior customer service to our Gerflor USA customers.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinates activities for the Customer Service Territory Managers and provides assistance in their absence.
Assists the Customer Service Territory Managers with reporting and analytics.
Answers customer inquiries regarding basic technical and product information and recommends products or alternate products based on customer requirements.
Resolves customers issues professionally and escalates complex issues to the Customer Service Territory Managers.
Accurately processes transactions including orders, returns, bills of lading, invoices.
Obtains and communicates accurate information regarding project and ship dates.
Follows department and company procedures.
Makes suggestions to improve procedures.
Attends meetings when requested.
Resolves customers issues professionally.
Escalates complex and potential issues to the Customer Service Territory Managers _ We are looking for:
_ High School diploma or equivalent required.
Some college preferred.
3 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
Effective verbal & written communication skills.
Strong computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft office.
(ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position.
) Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills International/Global experience a plus.
