00 - 2nd shift differential As an Order Picker/Packer, you will Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area by operating an RF Scanner Package various products to order specifications Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department Qualified Candidates will Have a minimum of 6 months related work experience Have experience using an RF Scanner Be able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions Have a high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries Be dependable, with an excellent attendance record Have the ability to stand for the duration of the shift Be able to lift up to 50lbs Have a high school diploma or equivalent Be flexible to work weekends and overtime, as required Be fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States Why you'll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
