As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dental office, ensuring smooth functioning, and excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, billing, patient inquiries, and treatment presentation.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare standards.
Monitor daily, monthly, and annual metrics, aligning with practice goals and budgets.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to optimize office efficiency.
Manage a team of administrative and clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate with dental providers to ensure efficient patient flow and scheduling.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee office maintenance to ensure a well-equipped and organized workplace.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role within a healthcare setting Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy in managing office operations Experiences with EagleSoft is preferred but not required.
