Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Supervises and oversees direct nursing staff.
- Monitor Staffing levels and schedule.
- Function as a Staff Nurse when needed,
- Monitor completion and accuracy of resident records.
- Ensure completion of all nursing staff assignments.
- Prepare reports
Required skills and
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years previous Nursing Supervisor Experience.
- 3 years experience working in Long Term Care Setting.
- Valid RN license
