Base rate of pay starting at $21 per hour As a Custodian, you will Clean and maintain all departments of our production facility including but not limited to offices, conference rooms, cafeterias, restrooms, and all other operational areas Maintain building cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting and disinfecting on a daily basis Clean the entrances and exits of the work areas by keeping them free of garbage, snow, and debris Routinely empty waste baskets and garbage cans Perform and/or report all minor maintenance repairs Report damages and acts of vandalism Represent the company in a professional manner when greeting and assisting customers Perform other duties as assigned Qualified Candidates will Have at least 1 year of experience in a role related to custodial work, building maintenance, or general labor Be able to read, understand, and follow labels/instructions for proper use of cleaning products and supplies Be able to lift up to 50 pounds Have great attendance and punctuality Be an excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude Be able to work well independently Be fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States Why you'll love working at WeatherTech Direct WeatherTech Direct is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and clean and safe workspace.
