We are seeking a highly motivated Director to join our team.
The Director of Player Personnel (DPP) is responsible for managing the team's scouting efforts, evaluating talent, and making recommendations to the General Manager (GM) on player team placements and acquisitions.
The DPP oversees the recruitment team, ensuring the expansion of both girls' and boys' teams, and builds relationships with potential and current players.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback - Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives - Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee development - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations
Experience:
