Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent required.

years stock room experience lifting to 50 lbs.

o PC experience preferred:
Windows Suite- Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point, Visioo Excellent interpersonal skills; Self-motivated individual that takes initiative; dependable team player; possesses quality decision making and planning/prioritizing skills, with a strong verbal communication; well organized; self-starter; strong attention to detail; positive attitude with the ability to remain agile and act with integrityJob
Responsibilities:
o Process all incoming and outgoing deliveries at the corporate office and Mock Store.
o Process all incoming and outgoing US Mail, FedEx, UPS, and internal mail.
Operate automated mailing and shipping equipment.
o Receive, organize, and transport deliveries via rolling cart, dolly, flat bed, or pallet jacko Stock, organize and maintain office, pantry, and coffee/tea supplies for the Tallgrass facility.
o Assist with general appearance of office, including weekly maintenance checks and reporting all issues to the Facilities Manager so that repairs can be completed in a timely manner.
o Assist with conference room set up and clean up, including monitoring the conference room schedule and providing meeting supporto Assist with special projects and events as needed and directed by the Facilities Manager.
o Monitors the Corporate Facilities email regularly, responds to customer/client requests via email and in person in a professional manner.
o Identifies and responds to associate issues/problems in a timely manner, seeks feedback/follow-up as appropriate.
o Builds effective business partnerships with the corporate teams.
