Ideal candidates will have a marketing background, be detail oriented, proficient at critical thinking, strategy development, managing through ambiguity and collaborating across teams (internally and externally) all while possessing a passion for DEI and an aptitude for retail.

Responsibilities:
Work with the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, and partner cross-functionally with the larger Marketing and Merchandising teams to evolve strategic Diversity, Equity & Inclusion marketing initiatives focused on accelerating brand consideration and love.
Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives including, brief development, messaging approach and go-to-market plans for the following:
360 campaigns for key DEI moments (e.
g.
Black History Month, PRIDE, Hispanic Heritage Month, APA Heritage Month) plus evergreen support.
Additional DEI and brand initiative support (i.
e.
MUSE, MUSE Accelerator, BCRF, etc.
) Support marketing efforts to help grow awareness of BIPOC brands, with a focus on nurturing emerging black-owned and founded brands.
This includes working with merchandising partners to understand the brands' needs and collaborating with cross-marketing teams to execute relevant support elements.
Support execution of omni-channel marketing initiatives for Masterbrand equity activations & partnerships Collaborate closely with consumer insights, media, merchandising, creative, and other key stakeholder groups to ensure clear and cohesive execution of marketing plans/strategies Provide guidance to agency and media partners and provide linkage and communication with teams Maintain knowledge of key retail and industry happenings, consumer and cultural insights (especially in the DEI space), internal operations processes and competitive landscape Analyze performance and learnings from previous DEI campaigns to inform future strategies and executions Coordinate with Consumer Insights team to understand DEI and brand equity KPIs and opportunities to inform future programs and initiatives Oversee brand production budget; coordinate with paid media and social budget owners to ensure cohesive planning process & view Foster a collaborate work environment.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and cohesive strategies, while still empowering individual teams' spaces Help break down communications silos and process inefficiencies/barriers across marketing team and cross-functional partners Help sharpen individual and collective teams' knowledge of / pulse on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and insights REQUIRED SKILLS/
Qualifications:
4 years of marketing experience Champion of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Proactive self-starter with strong project management, prioritization, organization and time management skills Effective interpersonal skills that foster cross functional collaboration.
Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization Strong communication/presentation skills, both written and oral that help influence decision making and inspire great work Solid leadership skills- including thought leadership, team leadership and problem solving Demonstrated creativity and creative management, including collaborating with a creative team and/or agency partners Passion for business/the work and a lifelong learner Ability to interpret data, insights and trends to drive strategic initiatives Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of general Microsoft Office programs Ability to navigate ambiguity, and help shape, guide, and move the planning & team forward Experience developing and executing marketing strategies Bachelor's degree required Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Creativity Critical Thinking Decision Making Implement Projects Interpersonal Skills Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
