The Accounts Payable clerk is responsible for the financial processing of transactions for Ulta.
Their duties include daily bookkeeping.
record keeping and financial reporting.
This role requires accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices for expense purchases.
Timely resolution of vendor issues and the maintenace of proper internal controls.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
Processing vendor invoices for payment within vendor terms.
Resolving vendor issues/discrepancies.
Answering vendor phone calls and respond to information requests timely.
Assisting with 3rd party and internal audits.
Working on special assignments as assigned.
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
Minimum2 years of HIGH VOLUME Accounts Payable experience required.
PC skills - Word and Excel experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
SAP knowledge a plusHigh School diploma or equivalent.
This role requires 6 days per month in our Corporate office in Bolingbrook, IL.
