Summary:
HR Employment Processors are responsible for welcoming all visitors and employees to work in our Bolingbrook, IL location.
This is a SEASONAL HR position with room for growth.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, high level of accuracy, and must maintain confidentiality.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Major responsibilities of the position are listed below.
To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily.

Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of executive management duties include but are not limited to:
Greet visitors Provide excellent customer service Screen and interview candidates Scheduling interviews and orientations Data entry General administrative support in the Talent Acquisition department Other duties as assigned Requirements A High School Diploma or GED required.

years strong customer service experience.
Experience in Human Resources (HR) and/or legal hiring practices, interview techniques, and recruitment are preferred.
Strong Computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with ADP a plus.
Must maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Ability to engage and work cooperatively within a team environment.
Must be able to pass a background check.
