Job Description :
Company Standards In the performance of their respective tasks and duties CSR employees are expected to conform with the following:
Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
Interact professional with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other Vistar employees, functions, and outside organizations.
Responsibilities Input customer credits.
Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
Effectively and efficiently solve customer problems, issues, or concerns.
Contact vendors and requests samples for customers.
Assist customer with customer shipments, and delivery concerns.
Upload orders from customer systems as necessary Enter orders in system Follow to ensure order deadlines are met Monitoring inbound shipment to advise customers of delays on critical items Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, customers, vendors, and co-workers.
Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail daily, writing sample requests and special orders when necessary.
Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications Customer focused work ethic Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously Excellent proactive communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Detail oriented Timely decision making and ability to build strong internal and external customer relationships Strong problem solving and analytical skills Experience in using ERP, CRM and Microsoft office systems (a Plus) Job Type:
