High school or equivalent Job Description & Responsibilities :
Supporting the administrative activities of our small package shipping group, this includes printing orders, sorting orders, assigning orders to pickers, monitoring email inquiries to the department from customer administration and reviewing order status and inventory reports.
Assist in other functions in the department as time permits, including picking, packing, box making and quality control checks Skills & Qualifications :
Looking for someone with small parcel shipping experience, administrative skills, professionalism, basic Microsoft Excel skills, willingness to pitch in to help in any capacity.
Since this job could lead to a lead position in the future, leadership skills experience (as a work lead or supervisor) is higher preferred, opportunity to become permanent.
Ability to speak Spanish is a strong plus.
There extensive lifting, standing & walking (could constitute up to 50% of the working day.
) Must be able to lift 50lbs assistance is available.
