Director of IT Operations

Job Description Overview The Director, IT Operations is an integral member of ATI's IT operations, supporting ATI's core IT Infrastructure. The Director, IT Operations owns the relationship with 3rd Party Vendors and manages ATI support admins, responsible for supporting Infrastructure and Network. They will ensure proper response and escalation required to meet Internal and External SLAs. Works cross-functionally with ATI IT teams to implement ongoing support of architected and engineered solutions. Provides utility project management as required to achieve goals. Responsibilities Determines and defines clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for support IT infrastructure. Coordinates resources and assigns the daily tasks while ensuring the support team is working toward defined service level agreements. Supports Major incident response and escalation of 3rd party and internal teams in support of ATI IT infrastructure, in a 24x7x365 environment. Leads cross-team meetings to determine progress and address challenges regarding repetitive incidents and problems. Ensures 3rd party support teams are meeting contractual obligations including Service Level Agreements and delivery of service credits. Tracks deliverables and reports on status of objectives, timeline, budget, and risks Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including CIO and key stakeholders Organizes meeting agendas, using a variety of software tools, to communicate project goals, directives, and planning with project team and business or executive stakeholders Drafts and submits budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary Anticipates details of future support requirements by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and company strategy Acts as utility PM as required to achieve goals for the team. Qualifications Minimum Education Required Bachelor's degree in CIS, Project Management, or related technical field Min Experience Required:
A minimum of seven (7) years of IT Management or Service delivery management experience, including tracking and planning IT related projects A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with senior level business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment A minimum of three (3) years managing direct reports or providing direction for project or service delivery managers. Preferred:
Experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall A minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT Vendor Management or related technical field Experience with Azure cloud basics and methodologies Knowledge Skills and Abilities Ability to understand and interpret vendor contracts related to managed services and technology support. Ability to develop and measure internal and external service level agreement targets and KPIs. Ability to mentor, coach and develop rising talent in the technology department. Skill with time management and experience with establishing guidelines in these areas for others, including ability to drive accountability with multiple outside business units Ability to follow existing protocols and provide recommendations for risk management and/or change management Skill with personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote teamwork mentality Skill with predicting challenges and seeking to proactively head-off obstacles Proficiency in related software tools including but not limited to MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet, MS Word, MS Excel, and SharePoint Ability to understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs Ability to complete project delivery from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously Ability to establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature operations management capabilities for the organization Ability to determine the frequency and content of status reports from operations teams, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas Licenses and Certifications:

Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Operations Management, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
